Recovery Unlimited was designed with my history in mind. Therapists usually enter the field due to personal life experiences that have molded them into aspiring to be in the helping profession. As for me and my story, I was not always in a position to help others, let alone help myself. I started from very humble beginnings and had to be trained by those around me who recognized my strengths and best traits among all else and helped me to utilize those strengths to build my self-confidence and talents overall. I naturally have great empathy for struggling individuals, in general, and I am no stranger to helping clients with low self-esteem, those captivated by the bounds and strongholds of chemical dependency, as well as those suffering from severe mental health concerns, chronic disorders, or very challenging marital discord. Recovery crosses all paths of disorders in life, and it mirrors itself similarly, no matter what aspect of it we are struggling with. All recovery success principles align, and if embraced well, they can eventually help us to reach our full superhuman potential.
